Standalone Electronic Prescribing Software These systems can allow practices to exchange
prescription information with pharmacies and payers via the
Surescripts network.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Systems These systems integrate electronic prescribing within a
larger suite of functionality that can manage clinical
functions, labs, patient records etc. Prescribers can
utilize the e-prescribing functionality within these systems
to access the Surescripts network.
* Affiliated Systems These software products are not directly certified by
Surescripts but do have relationships with vendors that have
completed the certification process. As a result, customers
using these systems are able to e-prescribe over the
Surescripts network.
