How does the Medication History for Acute service work?
Once a patient is matched to an available record, the requestor can receive up to a year of prescription history, including the name of drug, dosage, quantity dispensed, days supply and phone numbers of the prescribing physician. Having this information at your client's fingertips can provide new opportunities to save time and make better informed clinical decisions.
