Although the vast majority of e-prescriptions are dispensed without incident, issues that require your attention may occur from time to time. Please review the information below to learn what to do when you encounter a problem.
Prescribers: please report all issues directly to your e-prescribing/EMR vendor so that your vendor can research the issue on your behalf and open a support ticket with Surescripts if necessary. Alternatively, click here to troubleshoot common issues.
Pharmacists: please report all issues to your
pharmacy management software vendor or chain headquarter help desk
so they may open a support ticket with Surescripts for proper
research and resolution.
Certified Technology Vendors: please utilize the
self-service portal to open a support
ticket.
